Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary depending on the position and may include:
- Preparing detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Developing BIM models for mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Coordinating MEP activities across project teams.
- Reviewing construction drawings and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE engineering standards.
- Supporting project planning, documentation, and site coordination.
- Operating company vehicles safely (Driver role).
- Providing administrative and office support (Office Assistant role).
Salary Information
- Mechanical Draftsman / Mechanical BIM Modeller: Up to AED 5,500 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
- Salary for other positions will be discussed during the recruitment process.
Qualification
Applicants should possess:
- Relevant Diploma, ITI, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM workflows (where applicable).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and project coordination.
Experience
Mechanical Roles
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Must currently be available in the UAE.
MEP Roles
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience (UAE/Gulf projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE standards and MEP project coordination.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates outside the UAE are also welcome to apply.
