Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing guest payments using POS systems.
- Handling cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Issuing receipts, invoices, and change promptly.
- Managing opening and closing cash floats.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting guests with payment and billing enquiries.
- Coordinating with restaurant and service teams.
- Preparing daily sales reports and cash summaries.
