About the Role
The Sales Agent is responsible for maximizing sales of flydubai products while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes assisting passengers with reservations, ticketing, travel-related services, and ancillary products while ensuring a smooth booking experience.
The successful candidate will also support visa services, payment processing, reporting, and passenger assistance during flight disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
