Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily human resources operations.
- Handling recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Supporting employee relations and resolving workplace concerns.
- Coordinating attendance, leave, and HR administration.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- Assisting management with HR planning and workforce requirements.
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential employee information.
Salary Information
Berg Engineering offers a monthly salary of:
- AED 4,000 – AED 4,500

Qualification
