Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Welcoming visitors and clients professionally.
- Managing the reception desk and front office operations.
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and office documents.
- Maintaining filing systems and administrative records.
- Coordinating with different departments for daily operations.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting management with administrative support.

Salary Information
The company offers a salary of up to AED 6,000 per month, depending on qualifications and previous work experience. Employees may also receive additional benefits according to UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Qualification
