Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintaining employee files and administrative records.
  • Processing and monitoring WPS-related documentation.
  • Managing staff attendance records and leave tracking.
  • Organizing company documents and filing systems.
  • Assisting management with daily administrative operations.
  • Handling emails, official correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities and employee onboarding.
  • Ensuring administrative procedures are completed accurately and on time.

Salary Information

The company has stated that the salary will be discussed during the interview.

Estimated monthly salary range:

  • AED 4,000 – AED 7,000

Actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and company policy.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
