- Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical work with Facility Management companies.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
PLUMBER
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management companies.
- Experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
IRRIGATION PLUMBER
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management companies.
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage for landscape areas.
PEST CONTROL OPERATOR
- Proven 3 to 5 years of experience as a Pest Control Operator. With certification/license in pest control.
- In-depth knowledge of pest control methods, products, and safety regulations.
HOUSEKEEPER – CLEANER
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper – Cleaner.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures and practices.
